Early in his career, Doug was mentored by his father, a highly skilled machinist, along with other experienced “old school” toolmakers. Their guidance helped him develop not only his machining expertise but also strong business acumen. Doug’s integrity, dedication, and hard work have earned him widespread respect within the industry. As a leader, he guided his company to become a member of a nationally recognized machining group and received commendation from the mayor of Indianapolis for his leadership.

Doug’s passion for understanding and meeting client needs drives his work. With his extensive machining experience, clients often rely on his practical, informed advice to resolve manufacturing challenges effectively and efficiently. His expertise was highlighted in a nationally published machining magazine, where he was credited with resolving a critical issue that could have resulted in significant financial losses for his employer.
