Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Products must be in new, resalable condition to qualify for a refund.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or installed products
- Custom or special-order items
- Clearance or discontinued products
- Electrical components once installed
- Items returned damaged due to improper packaging
Return Authorization (RMA)
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Restocking Fee
- Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Restocking fees may be waived for exchanges or in cases of manufacturer defect.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- Shipping damage
- Manufacturer defect
- Incorrect item shipped
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as ES Press Tool is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 5 business days of delivery.
- Provide photos of the item and packaging.
- Do not discard original packaging until the claim is resolved.
We will work quickly to replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days after inspection for processing.
- Your financial institution may require additional time for posting.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
